#MakeMusicDay 2026
Date: June 21, 2026
Location: Global
Each year on June 21st, people around the world come together to celebrate the universal language of music. For Children in Harmony, #MakeMusicDay is more than a celebration—it’s our most important annual fundraiser to expand access to music education and social-emotional learning for young people.
In 2025, our global community came together for our third annual campaign, raising nearly $27,000 and matching the success of 2024. Through a combination of board-led fundraising, an online auction featuring exclusive experiences, corporate partnerships, and grassroots outreach, we continued to build meaningful momentum for the future.
But what matters most is what that support made possible.
From India to Colombia, among other countries, and now with our newly launched programs in Los Angeles, these funds directly support our flagship program, the Amani Project—helping young people develop confidence, emotional awareness, and a sense of belonging through music. Every dollar raised fuels programs that give youth a voice, strengthen communities, and create spaces where they can thrive.
Now, we’re building on that momentum.
